We will do our best to avoid such situations. But suppose you find yourself in a dour situation. As it is clearly stated in our user agreement, the payment you have made for any item (product or service) which a problem you are experiencing pertains to will be fully refunded. In addition, we will come up with an alternative solution for you and offer that to you free of charge.

You have the option to pay using your credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard) through our Secure Credit Card Payment system, which uses a 2048-bit SSL encrypted payment system. Ulidays provides a refund for cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled date, but the client must pay any bank transfer or wire fees that may apply. This means that the refunded amount will be reduced by the amount of these fees. All products belong to our business partners with whom we’ve signed protocols. But we do not throw the responsibility onto them as companies in this industry tend to do with one another, just so that they won’t have to deal with and solve any problematic, time-sensitive issues themselves. Ulidays is a newly established start-up. For now, only Istanbul is available for the operations to proceed in a safer and more robust manner, but other destinations in Turkey will be active in a very short time. After Turkey, we will serve travellers all over the world.
