Sait Halim Pasha Mansion, one of the most beautiful structures along the Bosphorus, invites yoga enthusiasts of all levels for yoga classes that blend seamlessly with the blue hues of the Bosphorus. Led by experienced instructor Duygu Erokan from YogaŞala, Vinyasa Yoga classes will take place every Wednesday morning from 10:00 to 11:00 in the Harem Garden Salon.
Duygu Erokan
Duygu completed her university education in Advertising. She has been involved in various sports activities since her school years, including figure skating, swimming, athletics, and basketball, until her graduation from university. She pursued a professional acting career for a long time.
In 2016, she attended her first AcroYoga class with Zeynep Yılmaztürk, taking her first step into the world of professional yoga. In July 2017, she ranked and received an award in the monthly Acrovinyasa Challenge organized by ALO Yoga.
In the summer of 2019, together with her partner Özge Zeynep Sayman, she won the grand prize in the Acrovinyasa & ALO Yoga Challenge, earning the opportunity to receive a 200-hour AcroYoga instructor training in Bali.
In 2017-2018, she completed a 200-hour foundational specialization program with Chris Chavez.
In November 2018, she took a 30-hour advanced specialization and simplicity in language course with Fırat Tosun.
In January 2019, she completed an intensive Yin yoga specialization program with Berivan Aslan Sungur.
According to Duygu, the learning process of yoga, which will never end, is still ongoing.
